I started digging sewers as a Summer job in 1996 and I've run jobs since I was an apprentice in 2003. That's 29 years of crawlspaces, frozen pipes, my guys asking questions, after-hours calls, and customers standing in ankle-deep water asking how soon I can get there.

I know how tight time gets during the day. I know what it feels like to come off a job site, look at your phone, and see 6 missed calls — and to know at least two of them just hired the next guy who picked up.

I tried every "answering service" out there. They couldn't speak Spanish to my customers. They couldn't book around my crew. They charged $3,000 a month and still sent me leads I'd already dispatched. So I built what I wished I had.

Resolvio is the dispatcher I never could afford — answering calls and WhatsApp in fluent Spanish 24/7, booking the tech who's actually available, and sending the job out before I've even washed my hands.
